Free shipping is available with a minimum order of:

European Union (with exceptions)*: €50
Switzerland: €60
Other destinations: €100

*Exceptions include: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Romania.
For these countries, free shipping is available on orders of €100 or more.

Shipping fees do not include customs & import fees, which will be calculated separately for destinations outside the European Union.

Orders cannot be delivered to hotels or PO boxes.

For certain countries, express shipping is the only available option.

Products are shipped with a delivery note to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Maison Crivelli will do its very best to ensure orders are delivered within the specified times and will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package and its contents and report any errors.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If the carrier indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, contact customer service with the following information:

Package Received Empty

If you receive an empty package, please contact customer service with the following information:

Package Received Damaged

You can refuse a damaged package (especially if the seal is broken) from the carrier.

To report a damaged package, contact customer service with the following information:

Order number
Written notice of non-receipt including the following information: first name, last name, date, place, order number, tracking number, and reason.
Photo of your ID (front and back)
Photos of all 4 sides of the package
Photo of the inside of the package
Photo of the label on the package

Return in Case of Anomaly

In case of a problem, contact customer service on the date of delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

You have 14 days from the date your received your order to request a return and refund.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s charge.

To make a return, contact customer service with your order number and let them know that you have decided to return the products.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Maison Crivelli reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned product(s) are incomplete, damaged, or opened.

Refunds

Maison Crivelli will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving a return request.

The refund will be credited back to the payment method used to place the order.
