Gender Equality Index
At Maison Crivelli, gender equality is at the heart of our corporate culture. We are committed to ensuring equal opportunities and balanced representation.
Due to the size and structure of our workforce, certain indicators required by French regulations cannot yet be calculated.
For this reason, our Gender Equality Index is based on a total of 60 points, corresponding only to the indicators applicable to our structure.
- Indicator relating to the pay gap: indicator cannot be calculated due to the size of our structure.
- Indicator relating to the gap in individual pay increases: 35/35 points.
- Indicator relating to the percentage of female employees who received a pay increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15 points.
- Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 10/10 points
For the year 2025, our Index reaches 60/60 points, reflecting our ongoing commitment to professional equality.
