4. Processing Times
The delivery times indicated above include an order preparation period of up to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may be extended during periods of high activity, promotional operations, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Delivery Restrictions
To ensure the security and proper receipt of orders, deliveries cannot be made:
- to hotels;
- to post office boxes;
- to non-fixed addresses (campgrounds, caravans, mobile homes, etc.);
- to collective locations where a recipient cannot be clearly and permanently identified.
Orders using such addresses will be automatically refused. Maison Crivelli reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these conditions.
6. Product Restrictions
Due to restrictions imposed by certain carriers and local regulations governing the transport of fragrance products, delivery of the following products cannot be guaranteed in all countries served:
- Extrait de Parfum Discovery Set;
- Eau de Parfum Discovery Set;
- 5 ml Extrait de Parfum Formats.
If a product is not eligible for delivery to your country, this restriction will be indicated during checkout or will prevent order validation.
7. Shipment and Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Maison Crivelli cannot be held liable for consequences arising from an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address.
The Customer is informed by email of the various stages of order processing, including shipment.
8. Delivery Issues
The Customer must verify the condition and conformity of the order upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged, opened, incomplete parcel or any apparent anomaly, the Customer is invited to:
- refuse the parcel or record detailed reservations on the carrier's receipt;
- retain all packaging materials;
- report the issue to Customer Service as soon as possible and, where possible, within 7 calendar days of receipt.
1. Returns
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
1.1 Return Conditions
Returned Products must be:
- complete;
- unused;
- in perfect resale condition;
- returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
1.2 Return Shipping Costs
Unless due to an error attributable to Maison Crivelli or a defective/non-conforming Product, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
2. Refunds
Subject to compliance with the return conditions and receipt and verification of the returned Products, Maison Crivelli will refund the amounts due within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.
2.1 Destinations Not Eligible for Returns
- Hong Kong;
- India;
- Malaysia;
- Singapore;
- Bahrain;
- Oman.
This restriction is communicated to the Customer before order validation where applicable.
