Complimentary shipping is available with a minimum order of:

  • European Union (with exceptions)*: €50
  • Switzerland: €60
  • Other destinations: €100

*Exceptions include: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Romania.
For these countries, complimentary shipping is available on orders of €100 or more.

Shipping fees do not include customs & import fees, which will be calculated separately for destinations outside the European Union.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS


Orders cannot be delivered to hotels or PO boxes.

Orders will always be refused if the delivery address provided at the time of purchase corresponds to:
•    a post office box;
•    a non-fixed address or residence (such as mobile homes, caravans, campsites, or any other non-permanent locations that do not allow for secure hand-to-hand delivery);
•    or a collective location where an individual address cannot be clearly and permanently assigned to a specific person or legal entity.

Maison Crivelli reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these rules.


For certain countries, express shipping is the only available option.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


Products are shipped with a delivery note to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Maison Crivelli will do its very best to ensure orders are delivered within the specified times and will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email.


DELIVERY ISSUES

The customer must check the conformity and condition of their order upon delivery, refuse any damaged parcel, and immediately report any issue (damaged package, missing item, delay, etc.) to customer service, after noting it on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier.

In the event of a missing product, delay, or a parcel that has not been received or has been damaged, an investigation will be opened with the carrier, requiring supporting documents from the customer. If the parcel is found, it will be resent; if it is declared lost, a refund will be issued. However, Maison Crivelli reserves the right to reject any claim without valid proof or in the case of confirmed delivery, and to report any attempted fraud.

In the event that the Customer reports a missing product, a delivery delay, or a parcel that has not been received or has been damaged, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Supporting documents will be required by our customer service team in order to initiate a claim with the carrier on legal grounds.

In cases of missing products, delays, or parcels not received or damaged, an investigation is opened with the carrier, requiring proof from the customer. If the parcel is found, it will be resent; if it is declared lost, a refund will be issued. However, Maison Crivelli reserves the right to reject any claim without valid proof or in the case of confirmed delivery, and to report any attempted fraud.

After verification and confirmation of the issue by MAISON CRIVELLI, the customer will be refunded the amount of their order. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction. Refunds can only be issued to the card used for payment of the order.

MAISON CRIVELLI cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from delivery delays that are beyond its control.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund.

For any requests, please contact customer service and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team is here to assist you with the process.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging and sealed in cellophane, for hygiene reasons.

Maison Crivelli reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned products do not comply with the terms of sale.

Maison Crivelli commits to issuing a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, and the refund will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Please note that, due to logistical constraints, we do not accept returns for the following destinations: Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
